Founder & Partner
Justin has spent twenty years in private-equity and operating-company finance. He serves as Group CFO across a private-equity-backed portfolio of services companies and as fractional CFO to ACTA’s clients. He built the platform ACTA runs on: the data layer, the reporting engine, and the agents that execute the close.
He founded ACTA on the view that a CFO who can build the system is worth more than one who can only read its output.
Partner
Jim is a finance transformation specialist. He takes finance functions that have outgrown how they work and rebuilds them: as Controller at Hungryroot he turned the accounting function into a best-in-class finance department.
He brings operating-company finance leadership to ACTA’s CFO engagements: the close, the reporting, and the controls and cadence a growing company needs before its next raise, refinancing, or sale.
